Deposit Protection
There are various pieces of legislation ensuring that Tenancy Agreements and Leases are dealt with properly, protecting tenants’ deposits under the appropriate laws. Serving both landlords and tenants, we prepare agreements with any amendments for the individual premises.
Additionally, we will lodge deposits with the Deposit Protection Service as necessary. This ensures all parties are protected. On the termination of the tenancy, we will retrieve these deposits and account them to the tenant or landlord as required.
Termination
